Is there a big difference in 7x1 and 10x1?

As above guys.

Same motor in this case Team Orion V2 Revolution 10x1 and the same motor but 7x1, will there big a big difference in power? I'm thinking of getting a 7T now if I can get one cheap enough as I just want all out balls power
