b-max slipper clutch

Im just building the b-max but am unsure how to st-up the slipper clutch.

If i do up the screw all the way it is extreemly tight and then difficult to adjust the slipper nut as per instructions,should the screw be done all the way or should be loosened off to make the nut easier to adjust?

Any advice would be appriciated.
