tyre help

hi all,
I found some new looking Tamiya tyres, but don't know what the compounds are?
Rear high density spike tyres K 62/35
and Rear high density spike tyres C 62/35

anyone know?
specifically I'm looking for some options for running indoor, mixture of Ozite and concrete (!)
