Hi All, Please find below my set up from the F2's at Eastrax. A good starting point for any astro/multi surface track.

Please note with reference to 'Hole' settings count them from the inside of the car. And also that I have Atomic Carbon towers fitted.

Front

Oil- 32.5 wt Schumacher
Pistons- 2C
Spings- Silver (70)
Wishbone- Hole 2
Tower- Hole 3
Ride Height- Wishbone quite a bit below level
Camber- 1 deg
Inner link- Hole 2, no washer.
Outer link- Hole 1
Kick up- 30 deg
Weight- 35-40g in bulkhead/front end
Tyres- Sch Yellow mini spikes with outer row cut off
Inserts- None
Holes in wheels- 2x 3 mm

Rear

Oil- 25 wt Schumacher
Pistons- 2B
Springs- Blue (68)
Wishbone- Hole 2
Tower- Hole 4 (if using kit tower, use outer hole)
Ride Height- Drive shaft just below level
Camber- 1 deg
Inner link- Hole 3, 2mm washer
Outer link- Hole 2 4mm washer
Wheel base- Medium
Hex- 2mm washer between hex & wheel
Wing- Standard wing, centre on tower with 0 deg plate
Tyres- Sch Yellow mini spikes with inside and out side row cut off
Inserts- Schumacher Medium Green Inserts
Holes in wheels- 2x 6mm

Other Info

Cells- Orion 4200 SHO in centre position
Motor- Orion 6.5
Gearing- 21/Kit

For grass tracks my usual starting point is as above but 2.5 wt harder on the oil. Hole 1 on both the front & rear wishbones and up one on the springs all round, front L/green (75) rear silver (70)
