Unhappy Challenging hard-packed clay track - Help!

Gentlemen,
Due to the summer heat, my local indoor hard-packed clay track becomes a little dusty and dry. With this track condition, my BJ4WE becomes very unpredictable to drive. In fact, it's like driving a drift car. It keeps on losing its rear end randomly. I have no problem controlling the car at the straight by going easy on the throttle but for small and mid turns, the car spins out like a drift car. Btw, I am currently using the popular "Tebo's" setup. Yes, I have tried a combination of different tires and found double dees worked best.

I need help and tips on setup to drive on this track condition. Thanks!
