Default TRF501x with reversed rear shocks position

Hi, Can someone besides the, as usual fantastic pics from Jimmy , explain what has to be modified to place (reverse) the rear end so the shocks are behind the rear suspension arms.... or is it just straight forward reversing the rear blue aluminium block which holds the rear shock tower.....???
What else needs to be changed ?
and most of all how is the car handling on high grip surfaces vs std set-up.........

Thx for input
An old (Belgian) TRF driver who is back into RC with Tamiya off course
( most probably the first TRF driver ... back into the late 80's with the Avante/Egress ...)
