To be honest, its all part of this bloody nanny state. To many 'do gooders' if you ask me.
Yeah your 16, but your still a kid at heart and kids mess around. Ok at this age your expected to start showing some sort of responsability, but I don't know any 16 year old that is responsable.
The ban is a joke. No doubt the people that banned you used to wonder round the streets and fields messing around with air-rifles. i know i used to..........get shot at by people carrying them in the woods.!
Next the gov. will say its illegal to actually have fun, because it may offend some old lady as you walk past her in the street, thus giving her reason enought to sue you for millions because you happened to laugh in her presence.
This country is falling appart.
I blame the yanks for all this 'blame and claim' crap!
