making an air scoop

Anyone experience in how to make an airscoop in a body?
I would like to make an airscoop into the (now flat) roof of a regular lexan car-body.
It has to take in /deflect airflow to an ESC positioned just under it.

Could it be done with the use of an hair blower and maybe a mould that is pushed into the hot lexan?
