Indoor inserts?

I need to find some decent inserts for both my B44 and B4, running either Schu yellow minipins, or Schu mini spikes (yellow or green).

I will also be using the B4 outdoors..

Can anyone recommend me a really good insert out of this selection please??
Preferably one ofr indoors and one for outdoors
