Gearing Again

I've just put an LRP Sphere TC Speedo and LRP X11 5.5 in my BJ4WE.
What pinion should i be using with:

a) 78 tooth spur

and

b) 81 tooth spur

Also, which if any of the above, would be the prefered option?
