Looking at this photo and noticed that you are not using a gear cover on the slipper. Has the shell been designed to do away with the cover.
Yep, no gear cover needed. The shell covers up the spur nicely and just the end of the slipper nut pokes out of the shell. I bet you JC hacks off some of my finest craftsmanship and sticks a gear cover on it though LOL
