Servo Advice

Looking for a new servo for my tourer, currently have a discontinued 9000 series futaba in another car and quite pleased with the performance but need one for my TRF.
Looking at spending approx £50-80 but didn't know if the KO's are better in that price range.

Any advice would be appreciated, also what advantage is a FET servo ??
