GEAR DIFF OPTIONS FOR B4.1

I need to replace the metal diff gears in a B4.1, original part number AS9829, but I'm struggling to find them. Can anyone tell me if I can use parts from more modern kits, such as AS92292 from B74.1? Or anything else that is still available.
