That spirally thing can be bought from any electrical wholesalers, not sure if B&Q are specialist enough, but somewhere like RS components, Farnells, CPC would do it.

I am not sure of Novak sell these as a seperate part, I can find out

Any Custom PC shop/online retailer will do it Iain.... Its call spiral wrap, and you can get it in different and neon/luminous colours too!! Modders use it to tidy up their PC case.

Maplins electrical do it if you have one near you, Southwell mainly opaque though.
