I can't comment on this weekends racing as unfortunately I couldn't make it, but it happens everywhere unfortunately when the stakes go past club level and I do believe it needs to be seriously addressed as bringing young people in to the sport is essential for the future and as a father myself I have had to put my daughter off racing for several years now as I'm not prepared to get myself in trouble for someone elses attitude, I remember being at the F345s a few years back and the atmosphere there was awful, I just wish people would chill out and enjoy what can be a really enjoyable hobby. although in the mean time I have a solution for people being overly vocal on the rostrum if not the dubious driving
Let's hope that now things have come to a head we can all sit back and evaluate why we go racing and where things need to change, surely we all just want to have a fun time.
