I use a Hobbywing Xtreme stock in my Durango Chris. Runs perfectly with an 8.5, not tried anything hotter, but expect it to be ok with a 7.5 too. They're smaller that the other Hobbywing's which is why I bought it (I also have 60amp and 120amp V2 Hobbywings and they work perfectly too).

Hobbywing/Speed passion are the best out there for the money. I have tried nearly all of them (tekin rs, novak gtb, speed passion, nosram etc).
The beet bit is they come with a basic programming card included in the price :-).
