First indoor meeting help required

So,

I shall be collecting all the new kit from RC Arena on the thursday early afternoon. This will then be going direct to the hall that we are using. If possible it would be great to get another 2 or 3 bodies to help out in the van runs and also set up the track during the afternoon.

Please let me know if you are free, although I understand it's a week day.

I can have a LWB sprinter available if needed Wednesday evening and deliver stuff Thursday lunch time/ evening instead? I will be just down the road in Buckingham picking up bits for the full size touring car anyway??

Rob Elmes and Forbsy are meeting me with the van to collect the stuff.

We're planning on arriving back at 3.30pm.

If those who have offered to help can be around for 4.00pm ish that would be sweet.
