Default How can i go faster????

Hi, i have recently bought a e firestorm for a bit of fun, it has the flux warp combo and runs with a 2s 5000mah lipo!
Apart from maybe a 3s lipo, is there anything else i can upgrade to make it go faster, apart from the obvious i.e. faster combo?
regards iain

You could try different gearing but if you do just watch that the motor doesn't get too hot.

you can adjust top end and acceleration by messing around with spur and pinion sizes

lol, just seen above reply as had page open for last 50 mins and just got round to replying, there were no reply's there untill i refreshed page after typing my reply, lol

what are you after, more top end or more acceleration

if acceleration lower pinion size,

if more top end higher pinion size,

as above if you go the top end route check temp of motor and esc regular on first run to make sure you dont overheat them

Cheers mate, what im looking for i suppose is more top end, as more acceleration will more than likely keep wheeling!
Do i change spur at all?
