Default setup for bumpy grass track

hi all, ive desided to give my xxx-cr another go for a while and was wondering if anyone could post setups for a grass track with worndown corners and 4 jumps all not that big, also it is quite bumpy and rough.

could you also include weight added, tires, body etc

Limiters - None
Spindle Location - Low
Steering Ackerman – Rack
Bump Steer - 0

Shock Location - 4 Middle
VLA – Long
Front Wing - Yes
Notes - 15gramms in bulkhead

Rear
Toe-In - 3 inboard
Pivot Support - Std
Rear Hub Spacing – Middle
Driveshafts/Outdrives – Steel Dogbones/Steel Outdrives
Ride Height - Driveshafts just below Level
Sway Bar - None
Oil - 35
Piston - Red
Spring - Yellow
Limiters - Inside 0 - Outside 0
Camber Link – 2E 4 gold washers under the ball stud
Shock Location - 2 Middle
VLA - Short
Wing Position - Low
Battery Position - Forward

Schmacher yellow minispikes if dry, green if damp and ballistic green minispikes if wet.
