There is a dindango at York with a novak GTB. That's the biggest esc in the world...

The above may be a slight exaggeration

The new Speed Passion GT2.1EX looks smaller than the GT2.0 and it's only £159 and will handle a 5.5t motor.

I don't see why you don't just save up and get a RS Pro.. best on the market.. in most people's eyes. Loads of room in the DEX410.. The SP would have fit.. but-for some reason.. you sold it.. and don't even have a new ESC to replace it

I would save up for RS Pro.. then all your issues/concerned are solved.
Maybe do some searching more-on the other's.. and no offense, I think people maybe starting to get frustrated on the will this work.. ect when 2 mins of searching will probe find you what your after.. not being rude, but just saying.

yes the SP would have fit and did, but i wasnt happy with it been so tight.

i have no experiance with nosram or tekin hence why i asked.

and not everyone has £200 to blow on an esc. infact i have half that to spend.

Fair enough.. why sell the SP.. if your not sure on what to get? ... I would have kept it in there for now. And save up for a RS Pro.. but thats me..

they are good but there are faster out there and you should really serach to find out what motor works best with the esc you want to get, and some motors dont work very well with certain esc, so far the sp v3 has been my fav motor :-) just a thought are the nosrams user updatable? if not i would defantly consider something that is.

How are you saying the Nosram Pearl is more ideal for you if you have no experience with the Nosram. The Speed Passion did the job, why do you need room in the Durango? There isn't room in it when theres nothing in the

If your looking for a good, inexpensive speedo, I've just seen this:

http://www.rccarshop.co.uk/catalog/p...roducts_id=285

LRP Sphere TC £115. LRP & Nosram share the same innards I think, so this might just do for you?

I've run SP v3 motors with LRP speedos with no speed issues this season.

you shouldnt be paying anymore than £100 for a used rs pro these days mate.....the price off them new has come down a fair bit now.....specially if u can wait and order from superior hobbies in usa!! rs pro $199....do the maths, good saving with the dollar being so poor lately!!

ive got 4 rs pro's and run both tekin and gm motors with them....the only major difference is the tekin motors are so much smoother than any other ive tried and respond better to the adjustments off the rs pro esc.

if you can wait....get a pro mate....better to play safe with motor wind limit i believe.....you wont be dissapointed
