So long as you get the electrics in time, you should get it built by friday. Even if you can't get the shell painted you will still be able to race - you won't be the first to race with a clear shell. Dave Dodd can normally sort you out with tyres and inserts, he usually brings a box of them to the club to sell.

If you are charging from mains, its worth bringing an extension lead. A table and chair is also worthwhile.

Racing with clear shells is ace, we should get a heat of SC10's all with clear shells!
