What's button moon? the name sounds familiar.
I've never been a huge tele addict, but when I was at school I used to enjoy watching the sitcoms, Brittas Empire, the Thin Blue Line, Game On, Absolutely Fabulous, Two Pints of Lager (are they still making that?) and of course... Friends!

What's Button Moon!! Psccchk!

We're off to Button Moon, we'll follow Mr. Spoon, Button Moon, Button Moon.

It was about Mr Spoon and his adventures on Button Moon... with Mrs Spoon, Tina Teaspoon (their daughter) and Eggbert!

TV just isn't the same these days...!

For kids t.v. I am going to have to go for Chorlton and the Wheelies, Pipkins, Battle of the Planets and Dogtanian and the Three Muskehounds.
For slightly more grown up viewing I will say The Larry Sanders show and Banzai. Banzai was on when I was sharing a house with three mates and it was a class programme to play drinking games to.

I'm surprised nobody else has mentioned it, at least I don't think they have, but Spitting Image was brilliant.
Unfortunately I doubt they'll ever make another series as everything is so PC these days.
We have to leave it to the yanks these days to be comically offensive with South Park!

Anyone remember Coupling? That was as close as we got to a British Friends.

Robot Wars... sorely missed.
