what sort of overall weight does the x11 with stickpack lipo conversion work best at?

I run mine just over minimum weight - approx 1700g.

Some under the LiPo and some under the front shocks.

Seems to work well.

See if you can get some roofing lead sheet and try different things - see what you like.

The important thing is to set your damping & pack right for the weight you choose to run.
