i would say get 2 more people and ensure they join the one man teams. that way we will have 3 lots of 2 man teams. these will work ok, far better than being on your own.
If we wait too long people will lose interest

you can actually make it on the same one . i have 3 accounts, although i always race in different games

And you can get ban on them all. Multiaccounting is forbidden - only exclusions are Sponsor or Kool membership accounts. So be careful with it.

All teams have more than 1 driver now. Should I start it or we'll wait for more people?

I'm sorry that you can't join. We were waiting quite long time so everyone wanted to start asap. If there will not be midseason oportunity, you can still join us in next season, you'll be welcomed
