Default Which LRP is better

I have two LRP ESCs now (must stop getting carried away on eBay)

LRP IPC V7.1 Speed Control & LRP Super Sport Digital, which is the better of the two until I get my brushless ESC (next pay day - circa 4 weeks)

One has to go and may well go with a B4 Stealth that I'm about to sell. The LRP Super Sport Digital is in the car at the moment, but everything will be coming out and moving to a B4 FT.

the lrp ipc v7.1 is the better of the two, more suited to racing with better power/ profiles for the car etc

Cool, thanks for the info, I'll be leaving that with the car I expect then. Got a Tekin Pro Pulse 700 in the pit box too, would be interested to see how that would run with todays stuff

The 7.1 was the daddy back in the day and though lost it's place mainly due to size would happily run pretty much anything brushed, defo the better of the two.

Above is correct, 7.1 was the best of the best!

Make sure you get a TC when you buy the new one!
Heatsink on side for 2wd or not at all, give me a shout if you need a pic of fitment

I wouldn't say that a TC spec nosram / lrp speedo is essential in a 2WD. many people run a standard Evolution / Comp model.

A pic would be cool

Yup I'll be looking for a TC soon, will start with looking for a 2nd hand one etc. The motor will remain regardless for the mo, LRP GT-3 19x2 motor.
