Hey Paul, great news... Andy Cottom, hope you coming to SRCC now?

Im still charging my 12v, but I would like to use one socket to use my solderising iron - ofcause I'll have my 4way, and I'll get there early.

Default Half way ground, lovely!

Hi Guys, well I've managed to borrow a battery that as Bald Eagle correctly pointed out I used last week end. Hopefully that will do for the cells but it was touch and go at the end of 4 heats and a final.

I will also be getting there early doors to bag a socket for the iron. To be fair heating a 50w iron up, letting it cool then heating it up again was probably the cause of the 12v's early demise.

Hopefully Chris, we can work together to save the other pit space and a socket dependant on who gets in first.

So, Fantastic I'm back racing at the best event to be held this weekend, And that means Bald Eagle's getting another wooping.

Default HA !!!

Now I'm really looking forward to this.

This means, Chris, that we'll have to save Bald eagle some pit space.

So if you see a lanky streak of p*ss carrying a B4 looking like he's only there to be abused in qualifing, welcome him over, It'll be my mate Craig.

For those peeps that dont own a 12v battery, have a look around at your local breakers \ scrap yard.

Usually they do have batteries available from newish cars. Some batts even have carry handles. Just make sure it has a high amp output. I paid £12 for mine - had it for 3 months and its been perfect.

Iv even heard of people picking them up from the tip for free lol.. Just make sure you take a meter with you to pick the best one..

Col.
