Default F3's Tiverton

Couldn't see a thread about the F3's so thought i would start one.

Who is planning to go? Is there going to be a trackside shop like last year (DC Racing)?

Also, anyone have a decent B4 set up for the outdoor track?!

James

Yeah I will be going and vicky too, both doing 2 and 4wd. Vicky will be using the new Atech BX-1 in 4wd.
Ive walked around the track but never driven it, I guess only locals might run on that track usually ?!?
Maybe a bury metro setup might be a good start point ?

I think Modelimages will be there as well as WnW, not sure about DC but you never know

cheers Jimmy, least i can get tyres trackside.

what did the track look like as there are no pictures on the website? i know it's grass/astro mix with a concrete section i think. Obviously the layout will probably vary, just wondered what ratio of grass to astro and how bumpy etc?

I will be going B4 in 2wd a borrowed BJ4 in 4wd as Jimmy said a bury setup would be a good starting point, and not to hot a motor as I think it is quite small going to bury on sunday to fine tune the B4 this sunday see you all there.

I will be there both days with B4 and MR4-BX,
most normal Grass setups should work on there track, or Bury Metro/Batley setups.

He's also got an Emzy (without Dad) to look after!

Although I've organised my own super power pit team (/man!)

Don't know the in's and out's but north west didn't run a 4wd series this year, so the spaces from there were offered to north east. With the rest, I can only assume that alot of people didn't want to travel all that way (personally, I'm looking forward to a huge convoy clogging up the M5...)

Just wanted to say a big thanks to all the stewards and Tiverton members for staging a great event. Fun, friendly and efficient with an ace track.

Congrats to Niggs on the double and the 7 wins in 4wd.

Also thanks for helping me set up my lazer. i wouldn't have made A4 without you!

Oh and big congrats to my fellow mid-southers for overturning a big deficit from 2wd to take the overall best region!!

Yeah, John was really quick all weekend, quicker than Nath a lot of the time but he just didn't get the breaks.

2nd in 4wd and he drove each leg with a different car. can't really argue with that!

when are the pics coming Jimmy?!!

shame Matty rolled it on the last lap in round 3. He would have been 2nd overall if he hadn't, 3rd overall is good though
