nosram matrix reverse

Hi,
I need a bit of help please,

I am using the following:- nosram matrix reverse esc but cant seem to get the car to reverse ?

I have a Etronix pulse ET1010 transmitter and a Novak ballistic 6.5t motor.

Any help is appreciated.
