Default Building DEX210 - Slipper Clutch problem

I'm builiding DEX210 and have this problem with a slipper clutch.

In manual and pictures outer slipper clutch plate has a slot for pin:

Mine doesn't have the slot? Anyone know why?

Parts are right way around. I'm 100% sure.

Slipper Hub Set should look like this. In my kit the left one in this picture is identical but right plate is different.

Aran: Yeah, I'm sure I'll get this sorted out. No doubt about it.

I was just wondering if this is some kind of update to the kit, because the part seems to be wrong but it has lazer etched graphics in it like it is ment to be installed as outer plate. Time for some quality control at Durango?

No that I know of. Its frustrating when you buy a new kit and theres a defect it happens every now and then.

Probably just missed out a stage in the manufacturing process, it happens. Thats why they have the etching/printing on the part.

I've had plenty of odds and sods like that over the years, nuts and bolts with no threads, nylocks with the "ny" missing and, like this, parts with one (or more) machining operations missed out........

Try pming Adam Skelding on here, and mailing TD customer support. They should be able to get a replacement to you fairly soon. Or alternatively, try the shop you got it from. They may have some in stock. (if its local to you of course!!)
