Default Nosram ISTC v2 cogging ?

I have a Nosram Pearl ISTC v2 that I've just fitted to my 4wd and I am having issues with it cogging at low speeds.

When you go for the gas it seems to cog a little then boom it off !

I have changed the sensor lead and checked everything and I can't find anything obvious.

Has anyone else had this problem or can anyone point me in the right direction ?

Mark

I have spent a few hours trying to sort this now !

I have tried cleaning the motor (even though it's only about 5 mins old)
Changing the sensor lead to 3 different ones
Changed the cap and associated wiring.
I have unplugged everything else from the receiver
Battery's are fully charged

Now it only does it under load. If I pick the car up it runs perfect !
Once I put the car on the floor or provide a little resistance then it just stutters/cogs.

Anyone any ideas as I'd like to run this tomorrow ?

In fact I've tried changing all the settings on the speedo and no luck... :-(

I can't understand it as it was fine in my 2wd last weekend.

Thanks for the reply but I have already rebound the receiver.

I'm fairly certain this is a speedo fault, think ill have to return it to Schumacher and see if they can find a fault.
