DB01 Durga Build Hitch

Ok, so I started building my Durga last night, got the chassis, diffs, belts, suspensions done, but I have hit a block with the shocks.

Building the fronts, the postons with the 2 holes in are way bigger than the bore of the damper body.... and it distorts the piston in to a concave disk if you force the thing in

Anyone else encountered this?

You've got the wrong pistons. There are four parts trees with parts for the front (small diameter) and rear (large diameter) shocks.
Don't ask me why, I think Tamiya might have been on something when they designed these shocks.

Hehe I just re-read your ace build article, and gathered the same thing, I don't remember the tamiya destructions saying they would be different sizes
