Default First Y.R.C.C. Club Meeting

Y.R.C.C. (Yatton RC Car Club) will be holding it's very first club meeting on Sunday April 1st 2012. The venue is an old warehouse that we have secured the use of which has a large area downstairs for pitting and a very large mezzanine for the track. Track and meeting details are as follows..........
  • Class: 1:10th off-road and off-road micros.
  • Track: Carpet with man made obstacles.
  • Power: 240v power is available in the pitting area.
  • Tables & Chairs: You will need to bring tables and chairs.
  • Timing: Personal Transponders.
  • Address: Bridge Works, 2 North End Road, Yatton, Bristol, BS49 4AL.
  • Time: Gates open at 8:30am, booking in opens 9am to 9:30am. We will finish when we finish
  • Race Fees: We are trying to build the club and secure the building permanently so race fees are £10 to start with. Hopefully we will be able to reduce this once we get more established.
To get an idea of how many people we are going to get and to help with booking in we have added an entry form to the website at the following link.....

http://rc-racing.net/entry-form/

We look foward to seeing you there.

Hi all thanks for great first meeting.

The track layout was excellent with the perfect amount of grip on the new carpet.

I will definately be back.

Track looked great guys, all that hard work really paid off...hows your back after all that sweeping & hammering Rob?

Hopefully i 'll be able to get there for your next race meet.....would you consider running shortcourse? I know there aren't many of us but there's enough to run a heat!
