No. It may be on PS3 tomorrow though and no vitas are not out until tomorrow but I got mine yesterday as my best mate owns a game shop so brought it round for me with all the launch titles to try. Amazing machine. Really is a handheld ps3 considering the processor is more powerful.

The PSN store wasn't ready yesterday on vita so they have released it today probably ready for midnight launches etc

RC is brill. Was weird at first having steering of RC on the left and accelerate on the right but you can totally customise it so just swapped them round and feels perfect RC control. Difference in handling of cars is massive too

Its a sony entertainment game so will be Playstation only! Just get both xbox and ps3 then you have best off both worlds
