Default RC10 Worlds Graphite

Always fancied a RC10 Graphite when I was a kid. I finally buit one from parts bought on Tower Hobbies, eBay and co.
I didn't wanted a immaculate chassis as I plan to run it and it would be a shame to score a new one. I also wanted the best specs possible (stiff black parts, CVDs, Stealth tranny, Gouge direction, Fiberlyte graphite towers...) so although AE never sold a RC10 Worlds Graphite, here is one and it is mine!

Enough said, here are some pics!

Can you tell I'm happy?

This chassis is kinda special as it has been "factory cut" to be shorter front and rear. The thing is I can't fit the rear optional part that links the motor plate to the chassis
I also had to drill the chassis to fit the longer lipo cells

Done! I went brushed as I wanted a tiny esc and I had that nice Futaba lying on a box... Reedy Ti Worlds 10x1 for the ponies

The bodyshell is a repro, a RCPS Mirage courtesy of Team Blue Groove. Color scheme Time-Tunnel inspired.

the very late graphite team cars are considered the "rc10 graphite worlds cars". they came with a different chassis than the earlier ones like you have. here is a pic of the worlds graphite chassis in case you want to try to chase one down.

Yes, you are right for the (lovely) late chassis, but they were rather "team spec" with white parts.
