Not sure what you are really looking for.
Are you after everything (electrics, radio gear) for that price or just a rolling chassis? If the latter, you can get new kits for much less? Or you can get RTR sets for less anyway?

you used to be able to get a RTR madrat for £100, then get a couple of cheap batteries and off you go?!
Or even the basic mad monkey may stretch under your budget, but not the 2.4ghz brushless version
