Default chassis protector

anyone know the make/part number for the tape like chassis protector stuff you stick on chassis's??

Don't you skimp on that stuff chris, it'll keep it nice and shiny and new. It does wear, but it saves screw heads and chassis wear really well. Try an mx shop, it's the same stuff graphics are made of, so they may be cheaper.

B&Q sell the clear film in a roll and its far cheaper, plus you get loads. It is thinner than the AE stuff, but it serves the purpose - might mean it needs replacing more often, but it'll still be cheaper.

I use this stuff to insulate carbon chassis where the motor and cells may touch.

Hey Chris (losixxx),
Scroll down a bit on this link, good shop to deal with. I used this stuff when i did mx, very tough and you can get it in CARBON. The backgrounds would work too, same stuff.
