Hi Guys,
I have bought a S1 SX2 kit at a great price and started to build. Now, this may sound daft but I was wondering how you all get the plastic belt guides on the pulleys without marking the plastic rings? Regards and to Respect to all... Kelvin |

I have put them in a mug of kettle boiled water for a couple of minutes if they are really tight, seems to soften them up just enough to go on without much effort. They soon tighten up again when they cool down again.

+1 on the boiling water. Pop them in a cup of hot water for a min and they go on very easy.
