Hiya all,
just got this the other day and ive noticed there are a couple of types of this car around, one with a red chassie and one like this. this car looks like one of the origionals i think but not too sure, can anyone shed any light on it ? cheers ![]() ![]()

That one isn't a Blackfoot. It is a Bush Devil. Slightly later car but similar chassis and parts.

Whether or not it is cool is up to you!
However in terms of collectability/value it is not really of interest. Original Blackfoots are much more interesting but still not particularly valuable unless new-in-box. |

Hey Garry,
The original blackfoot, mudblaster and monster beetle has red chassis and horizontal rear shocks on a cantilever. All 3 of these are the same except for the shell, but the monster beetle had oil shocks and gold wheels - very bling. Newer generation Blackfoot was on a more sporty chassis (and I think was than named the Super Blackfoot), which became the generic chassis for Tamiya trucks - and the Monster beetle, Mudblaster, Lunchbox, Pumpkin were all ended around that time. Id have another original Monster Beetle if they re-released it. ![]() I always liked the Lunchbox, just because it was a van, but the chassis never seemed quite as good as the Monster beetle. Not that it really mattered when I was 10 and bashing. |

I have a super blackfoot somewhere the rear diff was too free to have much real off road fun - needed locking up
