Talking Welsh GP - Wrexham Model Car Club

We have set a date for the Welsh GP at our Wrexham club.

Me and a few of the other committee members were thinking about putting on a Buggy heat on our outdoor tarmac track. Ok its no off road track but at least you could blast around racing your mates. Also their is no reason why we cannot bring out our ramps for those heats!

If you want to see the details check out the poster on our homepage

http://www.wrexhammcc.co.uk/index.php

and also if you are interested or not enter my poll so we can gauge interest.

http://www.wrexhammcc.co.uk/aeforum/index.php?tid=4

Cheers guys!

PS dont forget buggy racing every Wednesday evening. Got a new ramp for you to try this week!!!

You could always lay a few track markings across the grass and so create a rally cross type track for the buggies.

Just have to be carefull that when the buggies come back onto the tarmac, that its not on a corner for the touring cars. As it could prove interesting for them if dirt is dragged into the tarmac.

Hmm maybe, we do have brushes so we could sweep up any dirt brought onto the tarmac by the buggies
