I've been using Proline closed cell inserts, they worked well with the blue compound minispike I got to try at the final round of the SC Nats, others used fastrax yellow moulded inserts with good effect.

The stock hard inserts are pretty good but yeah, closed cell, avoid any soft foam.

Ok got some fastrax yellow inserts , what way round do they go ? the insert has a notch cut out on one side i would guess this goes to the inside so the outer sidewall has the full insert so gives asmuch support as poss ?
