There are a lot of good set-ups on the HB Europe site here:

Those set-ups use Edit oil, which I have just started to use.

I used to use washing up liquid when I ran out of oil back in the oldern days.

Think I'll have to get some of the Edit stuff now too.

ive been using the associated oil, is the edit stuff better for the d4 shocks?

may get some if it is
