So what sticks it back down again? I have a Fusion Exceed running a 6.5 motor and today aftera heat at Torch, I found the heatsink just sittng there, loose, atop my esc.
Can anyone possibly tell me what they use to stick em down with? At first I thought it was similar to processor paste in a computer, but im assured by an electronics guys that that stuff doesnt harden like what is on the Esc. Muchos gracias in advance chaps

I had exactly the same problem, now fixed. I'll cut and paste the text from the manufacturer later on, but I just super glued it (they recommended something specific). It's been ok for the last 4 or 5 months.

"Hi,
Sorry for my delay, ref earlier phone conversation. The heat sink is bonded on to the esc unit with a white epoxy glue. Great that the customer has re-glued the heat sink, I believe this will be fine. However if the heat sink comes off again or if any problem develops with the unit we are happy to inspect it under warranty. " |
