Hi, having issues at the moment with both front and rear diffs loosening themselves right off within seconds of running and losing drive completely. I tighten them up and they're fine for a few seconds, obviously I'm doing something wrong - any ideas please

Build them without the rubber washers shown in the manual.
These are the cause of your problem. Mike |

Mike, do you mean the rubber o-ring that goes around the head of the diff screw?

Yes mate, they bind up the thrust and cause the diff to loosen and tighten on its own.
Built the diff without the o-ring and if you're bothered about dirt getting in throw some foam down the outdrive when finished. |
