We'll need to know what motor type and wind and track type to help.

As a guide, I use 20/78 on an LRP 6.5 brushless most places and 23/78 on a speed passion 9.5 indoors on tight slippery tracks.

depends on your track. what surface and how big/small, twisty/flowing is it?

It it's big and flowing then a 21 should be just ok. If it's a small twisty indoor track then probably drop to a 19.
