Default First indoor meeting help required
So,

I shall be collecting all the new kit from RC Arena on the thursday early afternoon. This will then be going direct to the hall that we are using. If possible it would be great to get another 2 or 3 bodies to help out in the van runs and also set up the track during the afternoon.

Please let me know if you are free, although I understand it's a week day.

Can't do the working day... but can help out track building, just let me know what time you want me to get there...

If you can't get anyone else I can be free on tues or weds evening if you can arrange it with Mark to pick it up then..?

Ok, plan for tomorrow.

Rob Elmes and Forbsy are meeting me with the van to collect the stuff.

We're planning on arriving back at 3.30pm.

If those who have offered to help can be around for 4.00pm ish that would be sweet.

You all should have my mobile number if any problems.
