Default TLR springs on Cat?

Anyone tried this - Simon @ RCLazy says that they are selling quite a few to Schumacher owners as they fit the Big Bores exactly.

TLR rate their springs by colour, but Im not sure what this correlates to in lb/in (as the Schumacher springs are rated).

Any know the conversion?

Thanks
Andrew.

ive been usein the TLR srings on my cougar sv for ages now and think they work much beta. the TLR springs dont match the schumacher spring rates but there very close just get the closest TLR spring you can to what schumacher sring youve been runing also you will need the TLR spring cup bottoms to get them to fit.

It certainly seems that guys are saying go for the Losi rather than Schumacher springs.

Thanks all!

TLR springs are dead cheap anyway...about the cheapest out there I suspect!

About £3.50 a pair IIRC...

I run TLR springs, no complaints, good springs, and more importantly for me, they don't pop off so much, meaning the spring cup thingy stays in place, and the spring stays in the cup thingy.... I have known ppl, loose the spring cup thingys whilst running...

for conversion of spring rates, see link.... you can use force per unit length for the conversion
