then yes I send a email yesterday. I have been in contact with SP and they want me to send it to Hong KOng and that it is older than 90 days will charge a fee to swap it. I don't want to be without an esc for a long time and Im sure the fee shipping and the price of the new case are not going to be cheap. The esc still works it now has some nice black sparky tape around it by the buttons/sensor Ill email HW and see if theres might fit

It wasnt under warranty. They never asked the question about warranty they just sent me a new case for me to put my speedo in. No cost.
