Default Speed passion GT 2.0 capacitor?

Hello!

Just bought a Speed passion gt 2.0 PRO esc, and i wonder: Does the capacitor get soldered ( spelling) under each battery wire? Don't want to blow it up

Red capacitor to red esc and black capacitor to black esc
