Just thought I would let you know about the great customer service I have received from Apex Models and HPI Warranty.
2 months or so ago I purchased an HPI Pulse (love the car to bits) From Apex. Last week however the engine let go, the con rod snapped (lucky for me it was at the end of the day). So Monday morning I went into Apex explained what happed, they diagnosed the fault, sent the engine to HPI, they confirmed the fault and are replacing the engine. So all thing being equal I should have my car running tomorrow. A 5 day turnaround cant say better than that. Thanks guys Ian |

Fantastic.
If we managed to make a holder for two controllers you could have a race with yourself!!! I'm trying to get the future Mrs. Chitty interested in buying me a Short Course kit. Thinking about going for an electric one this time because the brushless technology is getting really interesting. Be good to see how it would compare speed wise up against a nitro. |
