Default Dodgy charging lead

Hi guys, i thought i would tell you about a problem i had tonight down the club. I was using my Etronix Powerpal charger and whilst charging my Li-po the moulded 240V plug started to smoke in the socket and eventually popped the 13A fuse. On closer inspection of the plug i noticed the plug had been wired wrong (Live and Neutral crossed) at the factory. This could cause quite a serious problem and thought you needed to know. I'll inform the model shop tomorrow.
